Overview
At Elite Body Reset (EBR), we take pride in the quality of our products and customer service. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless an item is proven to be defective.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered if:
- The product is returned to us, and
- The product is inspected and confirmed to be defective by our team.
Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging when applicable. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Delays caused by the postal service
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
Shipping & Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, EBR is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged mail caused by the postal carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, delivery issue, or failure to claim the package, we will reship the order once it has been received back by us. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are determined to be defective or damaged upon review. If approved, the replacement item will be shipped after the return process is completed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by EBR. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
